About Kolkata
Kolkata is called “The City Of Joy”, and it is very deserving of this title. The people of Kolkata are some of the most gracious and hospitable people in all of India.
Kolkata, often hailed as “The City of Joy,” undeniably lives up to its well-deserved reputation. Its inhabitants embody a spirit of remarkable graciousness and hospitality, making them among the most warm-hearted individuals throughout India. The city itself is a tapestry of contrasts, where affluence and destitution coexist in close proximity. Its bustling streets overflow with vibrant energy, teeming with life and captivating chaos. On every street corner, one encounters the presence of cows and dogs, while the air carries the enticing aromas of curry and smoke. The cityscape, dominated by imposing concrete structures, can be awe-inspiring. Bengali, the language spoken here, is celebrated as one of the sweetest languages in the world. Every building stands as a vibrant canvas adorned with a kaleidoscope of colors, evoking a visual feast for the senses. Kolkata truly encapsulates a captivating blend of diversity, culture, and the essence of human experience.
